Your Mission

As Lead Product, you will work on our platforms and tools, ensuring they serve business goals efficiently and scalably. Your role will combine strategy and execution—you will not only define the roadmap but also actively drive delivery, get your hands dirty when needed, and bring clarity and momentum to the teams. 

Your Key Responsibilities

- Define and deliver: Shape the vision for our internal tech stack with the Tech team and drive execution with strong attention to detail and timelines.

- Be hands-on: Dive into topics yourself, whether it’s exploring tools, mapping workflows, writing specs, or debugging decisions.

- Build vs. integrate wisely: Identify where to develop in-house vs. where to partner—with a sharp eye on cost, speed, and long-term value.

- Drive cross-functional impact: Collaborate tightly with Ops, Revenue, and Finance to ensure our platforms truly support their performance.

- Stay curious: Explore market trends and emerging tech (especially AI) to spot opportunities and keep our stack future-proof.

Your Profile

- You have a strong business sense, and you're obsessed with building solutions that actually move the needle.

- You’re both a strategic thinker and an operational doer—you switch easily from roadmap discussions to figuring out why a spec isn’t clear.

- You’ve worked in complex, fast-paced environments, with exposure to operational challenges (real estate, logistics, hospitality, etc.).

- You’re comfortable in ambiguous situations and excel at bringing clarity.

- You could come from a top-tier consulting firm or a hybrid business/product background—what matters is your mindset: structured, curious, pragmatic, and delivery-focused.

- You know how to rally teams, bring momentum, and create alignment without overengineering processes.
