The Role

We are looking for a Manager of the Property Associate Team, based in our Paris headquarters, to lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our property management function.

As the daily lead of the team, you will ensure smooth operations, efficient communication, and consistent execution across our portfolio. You will act as the in-house expert on property management topics — setting standards, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the highest level of service to our tenants and property owners.

You will report to and be supported by the Operations Lead, who retains overall responsibility for the team and will work closely with you on a weekly cadence to review priorities, performance, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Team Leadership: Supervise and support the property management team’s daily activities, ensuring timely responses and effective coordination across the portfolio.

• Portfolio Management: you own a pool of units/customers to manage directly.
  
  

• Operational Excellence: Be the go-to expert for property management processes, technical issues, and regulatory matters in France.
  
  

• Tenant Experience: Oversee the resolution of resident requests, maintenance issues, and service complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  
  

• Collaboration: Act as the key point of contact for cross-department collaboration (Operations, Maintenance, Customer Care, and Finance).
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience (5+ years) in property management, hospitality operations, or just operations overall :)
  
  

• Strong leadership skills and experience in coordinating small to medium-sized teams.
  
  

• You’re a fixer, looking at resolutions rather than the problem.
  
  

• Hands-on mindset: you thrive in the field and enjoy solving problems directly. You
  
  

• Fluent in French (native or near-native level); English proficiency required for internal communication.

Location

📍 Paris, France (on-site only) — this is a full-time position based in our Paris office, with regular visits to properties as needed.
